Fulfillment Policy
Fulfillment Policy
for payments made with Stripe
This Fulfillment Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery, payment, refunds, and cancellations for services provided by DOE Technologies (“DOE”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Company”). By engaging Our services, You (“Client”, “Clients”, “You”, “Your”) acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.
Overview
We are committed to delivering services that are satisfactory and aligned with the requirements of each engagement. Client satisfaction and fulfillment of service obligations are priorities. This Policy informs Clients about Our fulfillment policies and guidelines regarding service delivery, payment terms, refunds, and cancellations.
Delivery of Services
We offer web development and technology consulting services. To meet each Client’s unique requirements, DOE and the Client enter into agreements (“Agreement”) that define the deliverables, timelines, and methods of delivery. This Policy does not supersede the terms of any such Agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules, methods, and conditions are governed by the Agreement between DOE and the Client. No general payment terms apply outside those expressly outlined in the Agreement. Payment Terms may be modified only through a written amendment to the Agreement.
Refunds
As a standard policy, all payments made to DOE are non-refundable. Any exceptions or refund provisions must be explicitly stated in the Client’s Agreement. In the absence of such terms, no refunds will be issued.
Cancellation
Unless otherwise specified in the Agreement, any cancellations initiated by the Client will result in the forfeiture of all payments made. The Client is also responsible for payment of all work completed by DOE up to the point of cancellation, whether or not such work has been delivered. The Client must provide at least thirty (30) days’ written notice to cancel services. Work will continue during this notice period and will be billed accordingly. Cancellation rights and procedures are governed by the Agreement.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between DOE and the Client will be addressed according to the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the Agreement. This may include, but is not limited to, mediation, arbitration, or other mutually agreed-upon methods.
Ongoing Support
Support services, if offered, are defined in the Agreement between DOE and the Client. The scope, availability, and duration of any support obligations vary by engagement.

Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be updated by DOE at any time without prior notice. However, any active engagement between DOE and the Client will remain governed by the terms of the applicable Agreement, which takes precedence over this Policy.
