Who We’re Looking For
We’re on the hunt for a Senior Account Manager with a strategic mindset to join our growing team. This role extends beyond basic client service—you’ll act as a trusted advisor, guiding e-commerce brands (both emerging and established) through data-driven marketing strategies across Meta, Google, and other platforms. This is not similar to a telephone account management role of communications from 1 team to another. Here, you will help lead strategy across a large portfolio of brands (20-40+) across different industries.
You’ll be the primary point of contact between internal teams and clients, managing expectations, leading performance conversations, and ensuring that high-impact campaigns run smoothly.
You’re not just a big thinker—you’re a high-output executor who understands performance media and knows how to rally a creative team to deliver work that wins.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact with a client portfolio of 20-40+ brands across a variety of verticals, and ensure timely, clear, and professional client communication via video calls, email, and Slack
- Lead routine calls (weekly or biweekly) with clients to review performance, creative initiatives, and their product and promotion calendars
- Communicate closely with clients to refine marketing initiatives, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with their brand vision and marketing goals
- Serve as the client’s trusted advisor on digital marketing strategy on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid media platforms
- Collaborate with internal media experts, creatives, and analysts to ensure campaign success
- Lead or coordinate strategic planning and performance reviews for a portfolio of e-commerce clients (ranging from startups to large-scale brands)
- Maintain precise task and timeline management via ClickUp
- Translate complex performance data into actionable recommendations and storytelling
- Stay ahead of platform trends and apply new strategies across client accounts
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and solve challenges before they arise
What You Bring
- Data-savvy and performance-oriented—you know how to use results to make smart decisions
- Strong utilization and understanding of AI tools and prompt engineering to enhance ideation, streamline workflows, and inspire high-performing creative concepts
- Passion for pushing creative boundaries, testing new ideas, and leveling up continuously
- Deep understanding of market trends, consumer psychology, and storytelling frameworks
- 5+ years in account management or client services within a digital marketing or agency setting.
- Proven experience working with both small DTC brands, large e-commerce companies, and B2B lead generation businesses.
- Deep expertise in either Meta or Google Ads—both is a plus, with the ability to look into account performance live on calls if necessary.
- Impeccable organizational skills; thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Strategic thinker with a high attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-driven; doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
- Expert using project management tools like Clickup or Monday
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
