This required us to take a meticulous approach to both the user interface (UI) and the copy, ensuring that the digital experience mirrors the sophistication and elegance of the brand.

Hoorsenbuhs’ new e-commerce platform was conceived with a singular vision: to translate the brand’s legacy of luxury into a seamless and sophisticated online experience. Each collection, from their signature 18k gold and diamond creations to their newly introduced sterling silver line, is showcased in a way that mirrors the brand’s commitment to excellence and exclusivity.
In addition to a stunning digital storefront, we implemented essential digital tools to ensure the brand’s marketing strategies are supported by robust infrastructure. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Merchant Center, provided the necessary framework for tracking and optimizing the brand’s digital campaigns. These tools integrate seamlessly with the newly established CRM platform, where customer information collected through email channels is housed, enabling Hoorsenbuhs to effectively manage communications and relationships with their clientele.
Our marketing efforts also extended to Google Performance Max Campaigns, which include shopping placements, to strategically capture both branded and non-branded search traffic. On social media, we developed and executed a paid strategy across Facebook and Instagram, utilizing beautiful creative and messaging across reels, story placements, and in-feed ads.
Additionally, we helped introduce Hoorsenbuhs’ first email newsletter channel and supporting campaigns, reinforcing the brand’s direct engagement with its audience.
