WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking to hire a client facing Digital Advertising Strategist with a special focus on Facebook and Google Advertising to join our Digital Strategy team. We need you to demonstrate proficiency in Advertising, Creativity and Strategy for businesses and Marketing principles to identify the most cost-effective solutions to grow a clients business through our digital advertising efforts.
This role is 70-80% client facing role with heavy emphasis on marketing strategy and reporting metrics. Our clients will look to you for guidance, ideation, and to bring their goals to reality. This is NOT a media buying role, although the opportunity to take on a few accounts is available.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid strategies to increase brand visibility and recognition, and drive new user acquisition and leads via paid Facebook and Instagram campaigns
- Work with 20-40+ brands with bi-weekly meetings reviewing results and continuous testing of marketing strategies
- Dive deep into client brands to best understand needs, value proposition, products, and aesthetic
- Work without internal Digital Media Buying team to grow clients via Facebook, Google, TikTok, Email or SEO
- Have a deep understand of all digital platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager to develop insights and action items intended to increase client revenue MoM
- Monitor purchased media to ensure advertisements appear as planned across Facebook, Google, TikTok and any other paid media channels
- Compile regular reports and dashboards to quantify results and communicate insights to the client
- Prepare advertising timelines for client onboarding, launch, and ongoing account maintenance
- Keep up-to-date with the media team, targeting audience preferences to proactively suggest new campaigns
- Conduct thorough competitive research of products, markets, services, and current competitor strategies with media buying team
- Surface new digital technologies developments, trends, techniques, and tools to leadership
- Communicate updates, progress, and challenges with clients and internal stakeholders
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
- 3-4+ years’ experience with Facebook or Google advertising platforms
- 3-4+ years’ experience working directly with clients
- 2-3+ Years’ agency or relevant experience working with business owners
- Ability to interpret data to proactively identify and solve problems
- Easily come up with marketing strategies and tactics for clients
- Identify areas of opportunity with clients marketing materials, website, and overall business
- Expertise in Google Analytics
- Communication skills – the kind where your message gets through to any audience. You will be the communication point between clients and internal media teams
- Creative problem-solving capabilities: think outside the box, inside the box, and all around the box
- Ability to prioritize the priorities at the moment; know what you need to do and when you need to do it
